We greatly value our chapter's transparency with the pledging process, and we truly believe that every step is vital in creating the bonds that will last a lifetime. We also recognize many of the concerns that parents may have when they hear their child is interested in joing a greek organization. At no point will a member be forced to do anything they are uncomfortable with, and that will not influence the decision as to wether they become a brother or not. We believe that the value of joining this organization is more than worth the cost of admission, but we also understand some people have legitiment financial concerns. We offer options to pay dues in small sums over a semester and we also give some money back through things like scholastic awards. Joining an organization with over 1,000 previous members gives more connections than one could make alone during their time at RPI, many brothers take internships, jobs, entire careers, through connections made with a previous brother.
